Photojournalist Sam Pressler finds himself in the right place at the wrong time when he shoots and gets published photos that show the dictator of a Central American nation personally executing people poolside during a party—a gathering attended by high level officials of the United States. He must be stopped. He must be punished. The result is his frantic attempt to escape with his life while pursued by the entire mights of both the countries he’s embarrassed. Chased through jungle, desert, over rivers and even the Pacific, the photographer fights against incredible odds and unspeakable danger…but still manages to fall in love.
