Sweet Potato Pie

Johnny T. Bunker always knew the aliens would come. His grandpa promised. Johnny’d made a promise in turn, that he would bear witness to the invasion once his grandpa was no longer around. And here it is - the invasion. Johnny can stand around watching as the aliens take over his town or he can take action and warn his friends. Only thing is, no one believes him. In fact, Johnny’s not sure he believes it himself. Is his town really being overrun by aliens? Or has genetic manipulation finally gone too far?
