Hildegard Speaks: The Calistrophe Meditations

Hildegard von Bingen stirs us to form a new “church” without walls that calls us to go within ourselves and discover the “Mother of the Self”. She urges each of us to find the seed of God that resides inside and to allow it to flourish as God intended. She calls us to action to aid our fellow souls and be the hands of God here on Earth.

To aid us she gives us 10 meditations to stimulate our sense of purpose and find the Calistrophe, a harmonizing tone that runs through the hearts of all human beings. Through these meditations we find the inspiration to re-harmonize self and all humanity. As souls, we all know this tone so once it returns, something deep inside of us will respond.
