When Jack Defiant's dermatologist diagnoses him with a deadly melanoma, he has to leave teaching after his chemotherapy goes awry with kidney failure and severe nerve damage. Upon recovery he lands a job with the world's premiere travel company where he takes calls in Portuguese from the uber rich and powerful.
