Fastcore Photos has been Will Butler's three year OCD odyssey to capture the raw intensity of DIY hardcore punk, grindcore, and powerviolence shows in the Southeast. Photos range from OG pioneers such as DROPDEAD, 7 SECONDS, and NEGATIVE APPROACH to newer favorites such as MAGRUDERGRIND, BACKSLIDER, and STRIPMINES to overseas greats like SLANG (Japan), NASHGUL (Spain), and THE KILL (Australia). Interviews, show reviews, and lots of love inside. Over a hundred bands are represented in these pages.
