Welcome to the Empire Tour. It was established over 800 years ago and we have known peace here for nearly one hundred. You will note on your left the Assassin's Guild, they maintain the peace and remove lawbreakers. It is rumored they buy slaves to practice killing blows. Across the square you will see the Senate, they run the Empire, except, of course for the assassins. The Senate upholds the law. Use of magic, outside religions and other crimes are automatically sent to the assassins. Please avoid them while they are working.
