Andrew's Roses

Carmen was a seasoned and very cynical journalist. At 49 years of age she was going through a time when she wanted to re-evaluate her life with no idea of the direction she wanted to go. As she heads out to a local retirement home to do an interview with a lady celebrating her 100th birthday she was chuckling to herself. She felt insulted that her editor had even asked her to do the interview and she was pretty sure she was not going to find the answers to life's mysteries from the words of this old lady--or could she be wrong.
