Roy LeBlanc studied Liberal Arts and Social Science at Tulane University, graduating with a Master of Liberal Arts in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts in 1990. Roy has served as President of a New Orleans Hospital Board, President of a Community College Foundation, and held political office in Louisiana. In 1990 he delivered a commencement address at Tulane University College. Later he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humanities degree from Baptist Christian College recognizing leadership in education administration. He currently works in finance.
