Fran and Gran

Fran is shy. She’s not quite ready for a trip away from home. But when Gran promises her the adventure of a lifetime, she can’t say no. So Fran and Gran start their cross-country journey in New York, and head toward California. Along the way, they “accidentally” drive an antique car out of a museum, get lost in a cave, discover what makes the Badlands so “bad,” and manage to survive several other comical mishaps without getting into too much trouble. But most important, they grow closer than ever. And, indeed, for both Fran and Gran, the trip proves to be an adventure of a lifetime!
