Billy June and her twin friends, Timmy and Jimmy want to paint their way to the moon so they set off to the art studio. Everything's going great until Timmy and Jimmy get mean and dump over Billy June's paint and tell her that orange (her favorite color) is dumb. When they're finished being mean, the twins fly off and leave Billy June alone, in the art studio with a giant mess... but have no fear, Bim the Toad has been hiding out and has seen the whole thing and comes in to help Billy June paint her way to the moon.
