The Big Apple Posse Trilogy

"The Big Apple Posse Trilogy," written by Wendy R. Williams and illustrated by Sophie Escabasse, is a trilogy of action adventure novels that follow a group of tweens and their expanding band of travelers as they are first trapped in New York City after a terror attack and then are forced to flee from the terrorists who are determined that the "Posse" not live to "tell their tale." The "Trilogy" follows the posse in their journey from hapless victims to witnesses in the terror trial of the century. The "Trilogy" is "only a children's story" if "Lord of the Flies" is only for children.
