After losing his sight in a terrible accident, and being dumped by his fiancée, Damien Falconer was through with women and life in general. He retreated to his home in the foothills of North Carolina with only his personal assistant and a small staff for company. After living that way for four years he learned his personal assistant was soon going to be leaving him, so Damien had to find a replacement for him. He had two conditions, he didn't want a woman and he didn't want a nurse. Unfortunately for Damien, the candidate he hired, were both, but she was a whole lot more. She had a blistering effect on Damien the likes of which he'd never experienced before. Soon he found himself in a state of constant anticipation, wishing for things he wasn't sure he could, nor should, do with his assistant.
