Red Scare (Interstellar Agent)

It involves a red, pointy-eared, alien secret agent, sent to Earth to help Earth fight off the Ultra-Centaurians from world acquisition and galactic domination. It is in the style and flavor of Eurospy and Euro-science fiction adventure reminiscent of the '60s and early '70s.
