The Children Must Feed

A group of mentally-challenged children on a new drug get infected with a strain of rabies carried by locusts and devour an entire town... and all who arrive after. Set predominantly in the small town of Sanford, a group of college students go there to start their own "ghost hunter" type show. Little do they know they are not dealing with ghosts, but in fact the rabid cannibal children left over from the town's grisly destruction.
