Rats have overrun the small rural town of Locust Springs, Virginia, just like they did in Hamelin Germany so long ago. As a young girl looks on, the town council meets to find an answer to the plague of rodents. . . and an answer comes. In the form of a mysterious stranger, who offers to rid the town of rats. . . but at a horrible price.
