JACK ‘DJ’ JOHNSON is boss of The Las Vegas Kings, a black and Latino gang running North Vegas. When his drug connect asks for his help in an Arizona prison war, DJ agrees to kill a corrupt prison guard in order to end conflict between the Mexican Mafia and the Aryan Brotherhood. The well-organized hit results in an invitation to a Tucson, Arizona restaurant. Once there, he meets El Monstruo, a.k.a. The Monster - a New York Puerto Rican who has spent a quarter century under the guidance of a legendary Mexican drug cartel.
