Dalit Literature : Contents, Trends and Concerns

There have always been academic gymnastics about the relative significance of humanities vis-a-vis science for the society as among different subjects of humanities about their respective role in social empowerment. Curriculum makers of all branches of learning jostle together for selecting books/ topics keeping in mind its benefit to the stake holders. For this very purpose, seminars, conferences and workshops are organized to make different subjects competitive in job market, creating humane consciousness, bringing good exposure to the cognitive skill of the academicians and transforming the very face of the society for ‘real’ enlightenment.
