Spirit Moves

Spirit Moves is my first book. I believe that when you are grateful, you cannot be negative. Try it...When you are feeling negative, or feeling down, try being grateful for something in your life that is good. If you cannot think of anything, try being thankful to be alive, to see the sunrise, to hear the birds chirping or a beautiful sunset. After contemplating your blessings, I know you will begin to feel the darkness disappear from around you; you will find more and more to be thankful for and start to feel the positive outweighing the negative, until you are free. Yes, "gratitude equals a positive attitude."
