Walking the Sleep

Paul Thomas walks in a world between realities. When he watches himself bleed to death outside of a liquor store in Santa Ana, California, he begins to retrace the steps that led him to this night and to this end. With a consciousness that slips between dream and reality, he journeys into his past to search for answers. Struggling with a slipping grasp of time, he tries to make sense of his past and the decisions that led him to his untimely fate. A psychological thriller that questions life, death, consciousness, and the concept of reality. The reader must question whether Paul walks an area of consciouness, between life and death, or simply teeters between lucidity and madness in the real world.
