Size: Bag Keeper: 21″ long (with Hat) x 7″ wide; TP Topper: Fits standard toilet tissue roll.
For this pattern, you will need:

Materials: Hot or craft glue; Small amount Raffia, Fiberfill, Fabric, and Felt; Four ½″ Buttons;
Four small Black Beads; Worsted Weight Yarn;
Bag Keeper: Off-White (W): 2 oz, 110 yd (56 g, 99 m); Green (G): 3 oz, 165 yd (84 g, 149 m);
Blue (B): 3 oz, 165 yd (84 g, 149 m); Small amount Black;
TP Topper: Off-White (W), Green (G), and Blue (B): 1 oz, 55 yd (28 g, 50 m) each; Small amount Black.

Crochet Hook: Size H-8 (5.00 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge.
