What if a politician's bag of dirty tricks included MURDER?

Fite for America is a suspenseful story of a politician whose ambition has no moral bounds. Rush Fite ruthlessly seeks the presidency, evoking frenzied support as he denounces the conspiracy of the elite against the average citizen. Beyond his maniacal populist rhetoric, Fite hires an assassin to eliminate his enemies. As the barriers to his election are eliminated, he becomes the favorite to win.

Rolf Stahl is a secretive political operative who seeks to stop Fite, developing clever schemes to discredit him. Fite is up to the challenge, creating his own strategies and schemes to counter Stahl's maneuvering. Each manipulates the media to his advantage. Stahl is dragged into a psychological duel with Fite's assassin. Through repeated attempts on his life, Stahl seeks to identify and stop the unknown killer.

Connie Gibbs opposes Fite in the election, seeking to become the first woman president. Although a widely respected intellectual, as a black woman with no previous political experience, Gibbs is a long-shot candidate - - until Stahl lends his support. As her popularity soars and her chances of defeating Fite increases, she is dragged into the duel with the assassin.

Fite for America is an intense story with unending suspense. The intrigue is subtle and challenging. As the story ends, the reader discovers that the intrigue was much more complicated than seemed obvious.
