When D.E.A. Agent David Logan returns home he expects to find the poverty-stricken fishing village he left fifteen years before. Instead, he finds a picture postcard community with everyone experiencing untold prosperity. Millions of dollars are flowing into the town, but from where? And who is behind it? The money appears to be from illegal drugs.
