The Skerries

While snorkeling beneath the waves of Minnesota’s Pelican Lake, teenagers Anya and David find two stones etched with ancient symbols. One is stolen by unscrupulous treasure hunters and the other is lost, accidentally dropped sixty feet to the bottom of the cold, dark lake. As their relationship evolves, David and Anya resolve to recover the stones, knowing that they could prove the true history of the first Europeans to explore North America.

But powerful forces are also working to prevent the stones’ secrets from being revealed to the world, and Anya and David find themselves making decisions that affect many lives in addition to their own.
