Checks and Balances

The title is actually a "play on words" from the real meaning of checks and balances used to describe the three branches of the United States government being legislative, judicial and executive. The cover picture shows a bank draft tilting "Lady Justice" to an unbalanced position, demonstating the greed that was the driving force behind what happened to Kent and Glenda Duell in the New York Court System. There's simply no stopping some people who weld government power enough to attempt to destroy people's lives and steal land that the government sets it's sights on and fine them millions of dollars to boot!
