Some people are curvy – Vixen types – these are the people that you consider to be bombshells and others are more evenly proportioned– swim suit types.
Whatever your type is is the type that you will end up looking most like at the end of your utilizing this information consistently.
So, in your pursuit of trying to get fit and healthy, it is important that you recognize your body type and set goals or even create collages of the sexiest people with your specific body type. This will give you a realistic idea of what you can live up to. And, ultimately, the kind of response you can expect to receive from the opposite sex, once you get to that point.
