Man Made, A Short Story

Henryk just survived the worst battle of the 22nd Century. The Castilions are invading and as a First Class Private of the United States Army, Henryk has little choice but to stay behind and defend what he has always loved, Everi, the woman he dreamed about before he was almost obliterated forever. Will he struggle to overcome the advancements the government has made on his body or will he cause the end of the only thing he cares about?
