California Cooking

California Cooking is a compilation of recipes I have used for the majority of my adult life. Starting with Tuna Casserole, Cheesy French Toast and Baba’s Sunday Rice they bring back so many memories. The newer ones including Gingersnaps, Mrs. Parker’s Baked Beans and any of Fumiko’s Japanese recipes are now a part of my everyday cooking. All of these recipes are as much a part of me as the Anderson walnut trees on the cover of this cookbook.
