Are You Angry

I will say this before we begin this article: I am not the biggest fan of children. But there are things that are just unacceptable with children and losing your temper, easy as it may be, is one of them. A child with angry parents just becomes disturbed and angry.

First, deal with your anger issues before you pin it on your child. “Parenting can be therapeutic. It can show you where your problems are and motivate you to fix them. If your past is loaded with unresolved anger, take steps to heal yourself before you wind up harming your child.” ( You do not want to teach your children to unleash the anger through physical harm or by being verbally abusive, so motivate yourself to face things that have made you angry in the past and try to be calm around your child.
