Journey to Mars: The Vampire Underground is the fourth book in a five book series about a team of astronauts to travel to Mars and are hijacked by a virus that has laid dormant for many centuries that turns the host into a blood-sucking vampire. One of those vampires escaped to Earth and is devastating the European continent from her throne in Paris. Marsella must be stopped and members of the original crew who opposed her earlier are once again called upon to solve the problem of how to deal with Marsella.
