Be Strong

It is my honor and privilege to write these few words of introduction to Fitz Tavernier and this collection of poems. Being Fitz’s pastor and watching him minister in our church I can offer the following with great confidence; Fitz is a humble man with a gift to bless and cheer on others to be healthy in both their physical and spiritual lives. In Be Strong, Fitz has written words of encouragement that will lift people up and offer words of support through a variety of situations. At the center of this work the message is clear: Be strong and courageous, do not ever quit because the Lord your God is with you. As you read through these poems may you be edified and renewed spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
