This book is not designed to quote statistics nor is it an attempt to offer tried and true clichés on getting the best out of your employees. We won’t fill space with quotes from other reputable books and authors on today’s employees. This is about our philosophy for “employee development”. Notice we did not say “employee management”. We said DEVELOPMENT! We have implemented it and made it work. We have watched it work beyond even our wildest imaginations.
