Apocryphon Of The Swan

Book One of the Apocryphon of the Swan series.

The young wife of a frontier minister claims she was impregnated by the Creator in the form of a swan. When she gives birth to a daughter with wings, powerful forces within the church raise the miracle child in secret and train her for the day when she will be triumphantly revealed to the faithful. The church's plans are thwarted, however, when a local farm boy falls in love with the winged girl and inspires her to run away and lead a revolution of her own.
