The Lawrence Commission

It is 2096 and the United States of America is in turmoil. Violence and senseless destruction in the streets of the inner cities is commonplace. Those citizens who could afford it, have withdrawn into heavily fortified inner city redoubts while the bulk of the population, too poor to arm themselves and unable to flee the cities, are left to the roving bands who drift aimlessly around the streets taking what they want and destroying the rest with impunity. Horror has spread into every corner of the country, and the one force that can keep it at bay is being threatened; the contained, fortified lands know as Commissions.
When Commissioner George Marconi of the Marconi Commission decides to file claims against the Lawrence Commission in New Mexico, threatening the tranquil and utopian life of its citizens, it is up to Donald Garrett, Assistant to Commissioner Daniel Lawrence to gather the troops and save the Lawrence Commission from being taken over.
