You can read all you want to try to prepare for living and working in a foreign country, but nothing compares to actually being there. You are out of your comfort zone. In learning the language and how to adjust to EVERYTHING, adjustments have to be made if you want to survive. You are forever changed in how you see people and this metamorphosis affects how you go through the rest of your life. Being in a different culture transforms you in so many ways. Through tears and funny experiences I impart to you my Colombian experience. These are just a few of the events, stories and adventures that we experienced while living here.
