American Lit for Complete Idiots - A One Act Play

Story of the play: Amy, an agent for several writers and fictional characters, meets with Random, a textbook publisher to discuss what fictional characters and writers will be axed from next year’s American Literature textbook. Their survival depends on how much their non-literate publisher appreciates the skits they have prepared for him. Books and characters include Moby Dick, Grapes of Wrath, Catcher in the Rye, Holden Caulfield, Huck Finn, Edgar Allan Poe, Emily Dickinson, and other.
