Healthy Creations - Vegetarian Entrees & Main Dishes

I’ve always wanted to capture all those recipes my mom used when we were kids. A lot of them she had memorized and it’s been difficult getting her to remember some of them (old age has a way of sneakily grabbing bits and pieces of your memory). She did write a lot of them down, scraps of paper here and there, on the back of a recipe in a book, anywhere she could find space. I also found a folder which contained recipes that were hand-typed; turns out they were from my great aunts and grandmother. I found many that were cut out of newspapers. There are quite a few that came from potluck dinners after church. We had a lot of great cooks in our church.
