Helen Marot (1865-1940) was an American author, the main figure in the formation of the Bookkeepers, Stenographers, Accountants Union and the leader of the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union. Her works include: A Handbook of Labor Literature (1899), Report of an Investigation Made in Philadelphia (1903), American Labor Unions (1914) and Creative Impulse in Industry: A Proposition for Educators (1918).
