CIA officer Mike Shocklee, goes to Somalia to activate former CIA assets and get intel on rival, warring clans. The simple task goes horribly wrong when he moves into an area with intense fighting. Losing his assets and seriously wounded, he is reassigned to CIA headquarters. With no reward and a chip on his shoulder, he strikes out at the agency by waging his own war with the terrorists
