Shout Outs...Sistas, is a coming of age tale about Chelsea Brooks. She's pending valedictorian of her eigth grade class. The story explores teen values, and other social issues that, she and too many lil' sistas are faced with. Chelsea narrates, and fights to bring sanity and a "timeout" into the destructive attitiude of the "just do it," mindset of society and of too many lil' sistas.
