An antique musical doll, cranberry-stained sheet music and an eccentric, stupidly-short witch throw Melody Flynn through time to the 1919 Ziegfeld Follies. Mel soon finds herself dealing with jealous chorus girls, murderous madams and her feelings for stagehand Briley McShan.
