A World Of Poetry

This is a sample poem from my book. It means alot cause it allows me to express how i am feeling.
Who I Am

I am an eagle flying high in the sky,
Freely flying far and wide to find that one true love,
Saving one from destruction,
Cleaning up after a mess,
I am an author of a novel,
Writing a story that will last a lifetime,
I am the one you come to when you need a helping hand,
I am the one you turn to for guidance in life,
I am the giver and the receiver of all the gifts,
I am the eternal traveler,
Basking in the sunny warmth of Florida,
I am the singing bird that you wake to every morning,
I am the morning dew that is on the lawn,
I am the warmth that you feel when it is cold outside,
I am the person that you pass by when you walk down the road,
I am the one you forget about if we meet in public,
I am the star that gives you guidance in the night,
Leading you home when you’re lost,
I am the one that keeps you company when you are alone,
I am the sign that guides you to your destination,
The sign that say home 20 miles,
I am the guardian angel in the sky,
Letting you know I am always there,
I am your everything,
Cause I am the one they call a secret admirer,
I am and will always be the holder of the key that takes you heart,
I am here for you,
