The Packet cousins can hardly believe their luck when they have the chance to go on holiday in the south of France without any grown-ups, though they don't care much for the sinister Mademoiselle Sourire who is employed to escort them there. She is not what she seems and involves them in a desperate adventure with an international gang of thieves and puts one of them in terrible danger.
