Elena finally has her store open, an earthside business selling repackaged off world goods. The Council, has granted her trading rights on the newly opened planet, RJ457. Things are looking good for her, but success brings it's own trouble as Elena has to navagate a minefield of allainces,agreements, betrayals,assasination attempts and the powerful personalities of dangerous Councilors who aren't behaving in predictable ways.
