Warning: I wrote this letter to dozens of Jewish groups over a three week time period. I gave them my address, email, and phone number, which I never give out. Two people got back to me. The rabbi’s letter said it all. His response summed up the danger in the Jewish community with one line that read, “We are not equipped for this.”
