Baxter's Kidderminster In The Twenty-first Century

Richard Baxter (1615 - 1691) was the most remarkable preacher in seventeenth century England. His impact for good on Kidderminster is proverbial, but with the passage of time and the encroachment of spiritual unfaithfulness, that town is now back to where it was morally and spiritually before Baxter arrived.
