Luc Drapeau is an immigrant and father fighting for his family's future in the midst of a global energy crisis. Like millions of the poor he makes a living riding stationary bicycles to generate electricity for the rich. But in New York the bikes are controlled by vicious cartels, and Luc finds himself the figurehead of a movement to stop the violence once and for all.
