In the fall of 1990 the author's church members began to request teaching on the subject of women in the ministry. Research resulted in development of a series of lectures and tapes. This book presents those lectures and illustrations for public use. Dr. Scheel defended the subject of women in the ministry in Kellog College, University of Oxford, England in a forum lecture on January 21, 1999.
