In 1620 Francis Bacon’s Novum Organum introduced a new scientific method of investigating nature. In 1690 John Locke used the new scientific method to discover how to create political democracy. In this book the author uses Bacon’s scientific method and the trail blazed by Locke to discover how to create economic democracy.
