A young man from the projects (poor) housing estate; is selected to join the air force as a jet pilot. However due to defence budget cuts and reduction in pilots training, he is transferred to the Police.
He works hard and maintains his integrity in this endemic corrupt organisation; and goes from a basic rookie to the Chief of Police, with his "projects princess" as the love of his life.
