Public libraries are supposed to be calm and peaceful places, but a murder can happen almost anywhere. When a corpse is discovered in Victoria Public Library's Conference Room, the library staff become suspects as well as potential victims. Set in the pre-Internet days of the mid-1980s, Death by Chocolate is a mystery and a nostalgic look behind the scenes of the library.
